“Kalvin is a super player and we think he’s a risk worth taking and we think he can add to the group.
“Kyle is a bit different but he will be available again at the end of the group stage.
“We had to make a tough call with Reece (James) but with him if everything went perfectly he wouldn’t be available until the latter stages of the tournament and there were too many unknowns and we can’t take a player who isn’t available in the squad “.
