What an extraordinary finish. Sydney came out early, and the extent of that lead ended up being what saved them. They basically didn’t let Collingwood play football in the first half. Average: Sydney 11.7 (73) to Collingwood 7.1 (43)

Sydney flexing some muscle this quarter. Some Pies have been invisible after being prolific recently: Josh and Nick Daicos, Pendlebury in that second quarter, Darcy Moore from defence. Sydney have been too strong in attack, denying Collingwood the chance to get going from defence.
