Harbor is Valorant’s new agent coming soon.

Riot Games has announced that the new agent coming to Valorant is Harbour, a controller that has the power to bend the water on the map in different ways. Harbor will launch on October 18th, alongside the release of Valorant Act 3 Episode 5 and the accompanying Battle Pass.
Harbor is an agent designed to compete with Viper, being able to block vision directly on the map instead of having to jump to another screen to place it. He does this by using water, placing walls and liquid bubbles in certain places that will block vision and protect allies. You can see a full rundown of his abilities below.
Her E ability is High Tide, which generates a wall of water that blocks vision through it and slows down players who touch it. You can bend the wall to give you a curved wave of protection.
His Q is Cove, which is effectively a little smoke that will block bullets from entering it. It seems like a perfect spell for protecting teammates when planting or deactivating the spike, but it probably won’t be particularly useful for smoking enemies or zones.
His C ability is Cascade, which is similar to High Tide in that it sends a wave of water forward. However, it’s less about vision denial and more about slowing enemies down. This one also goes through walls, so you can use it as a sneak attack for someone hiding in a corner.
Finally, his ultimate is Reckoning, where you summon a pool of geysers at a location on the ground. Any enemy that gets hit by the geyser is concussed, and this has multiple hits, meaning you can control an enemy for quite a while if they can’t move. To any Dota 2 player, it looks very similar to Kunkka’s Torrent.
“We set out to create a controller that didn’t have to go to another world or look at a map to place their vision block,” said Alexander Mistakidis, Valorant designer. “We also wanted to create an agent that could compete with Viper on the maps where it is played almost exclusively. After completing our initial explorations, we refined Harbor to be an agent that can shape its vision block on the battlefield in creative ways “.
Also released as part of the same update is the Battle Pass for Episode 5 Act 3. This time it includes Vandal and Operator skins as featured items, as well as the Iridian Thorn Blade for knife lovers
