US equities ended with only slight moves as investors digested central bank comments on a panel in Europe and looked at another round of quarterly earnings reports.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 82.32 points, or 0.3%, to 31,029.31. The S&P 500 fell 2.72 points, or less than 0.1%, to 3,818.83, and the Nasdaq Composite Index lost 3.65 points, or 0.03%, to 11,177.89.
