When is Black Friday 2022?
Every year Black Friday takes place the day after Thanksgiving. This year, the shopping holiday falls on Friday 25 November. Most stores will be running their Black Friday sales on the days leading up to and leading up to Black Friday. Additional deals will be available on Cyber Monday, which falls on Monday, November 28.
What stores are open in Detroit on Black Friday?
Virtually every major store in Detroit, from major players like Target and Walmart to customer-favorite retailers like lululemon and Nike, will be open on Black Friday. If you want to take advantage of the best door sale deals in stores, head to Woodward Avenue, Somerset Collection Mall or Twelve Oaks Mall for the best holiday sales. In the meantime, if you don’t want to leave the house, there are plenty of deals online that you can shop right now.
What time does Walmart open on Black Friday in Detroit?
Walmart will open at 5:00am EST on Black Friday. Please note that all Walmart locations nationwide will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. Keep in mind that most of Walmart’s Black Friday deals will be available for purchase anytime online.
Are Detroit banks open on Black Friday 2022?
In Michigan, Thanksgiving and Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, are state holidays, so many banks in Detroit will not be open on Friday, November 25th. Black Friday is not recognized as a federal holiday, however, some branches may choose to remain open. Thanksgiving, which will be held on Thursday, November 24 this year, is a national holiday, so all banks will be closed. If you plan to do any banking on Black Friday, be sure to check the holiday hours at your local branch.

Most Black Friday sales will continue until Monday, November 28, when Cyber Monday begins. Some, however, will remain until early December, as we saw last year.
