When does the Telstra Day sale start?
Telstra Day November 2022 officially starts at 1:00 AEDT on Thursday 3 November 2022.
The sale will run until midnight AEDT on Thursday 3 November. These deals are too hot to keep for more than one day!
What is Telstra Day?
Telstra Day is an event full of offers both on Telstra.com and in our Telstra stores. Make sure you are meeting local health guidelines before coming to see us!
On Telstra Day, we’re offering huge discounts on all the latest technology. The deals are different each month, but previous Telstra days have included smartphones, smartwatches, headsets and other accessories.
We also have free two-hour delivery in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Just order your new device and accessories with a plan from participating Telstra stores and you’ll have it in your hands within two hours. Be sure to check our T&Cs for two-hour delivery on our website first.
You can choose to pay for your purchases in advance or pay them later on your Telstra bill. And if you find a cheaper price elsewhere, let us know within 7 days and we’ll refund the difference to your Telstra postpaid account (conditions apply of course). You can even pay with your Telstra Plus loyalty points!
And, of course, none of our plans have lock-in contracts. You can cancel it at any time and all you have to pay is the amount remaining on your device.

Do I have to be a Telstra customer to buy Telstra Day?
You don’t need to be a Telstra customer, but you do need a Telstra ID to pay in store on Telstra Day.
New customers who wish to use the Telstra Day device or accessory offers can simply add it to their unlocked plan online at purchase.
How do I get a Telstra ID?
If you’re already a Telstra customer, signing up for an account is easy. Simply follow the steps on our registration page.
If I order before midnight AEDT on Telstra day, but my payment is made after midnight, will I still get the offer?
Yes, if you order a product before midnight on Telstra Day, you will get Telstra’s Deal of the Day whether or not your payment is processed after the midnight cut-off.
