David Warner spoke to Seven after being dismissed for just 10 years earlier today, a far cry from his double ton at the MCG last week.
“It’s unfortunate, but I think it’s my day to sit back and watch,” the worker told Isa Guha.

“Obviously Marnus and Ussie have started really well here and with the outfield a bit wet as well, it’s going to be difficult for their spinners to hold on to the ball.
“It’s about having positive intent when his spinners came on. Marnus bowled some impressive shots, swept the line and was rewarded. Ussie has been patient. The quicks came back, the boys felt that when they went carrying the tight field was difficult to score and obviously they had to be patient and wait for that bad delivery. They seem to be in good control at the moment but hopefully this weather can clear up. But it’s cricket in Sydney and it always rains.”
