Tech giant Samsung has been making a lot of noise on social media regarding its upcoming smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S23, which is rumored to launch in February 2023.
The internet has been abuzz with speculation about the much-anticipated smartphone coming with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip.
The report reveals that Samsung will launch the Galaxy S23 on February 1 or 2, 2023, and after two weeks of its official launch, the smartphone will be available for purchase worldwide.
However, some countries could get their hands on the new Samsung Galaxy S23 only by the end of March next year, according to the report.
Samsung was previously reported to have delayed the launch of its Galaxy S23 series to mid-to-late February next year, but new reports have revealed that the company may drop the smartphone in the first week of February.

The reason for the delay was believed to be the tech giant’s hesitation in deciding the final pricing structure of the smartphone. SamMobile had previously reported that the Galaxy S23 Ultra model will feature the overclocked chip. According to Qualcomm’s official figures for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, the main CPU (which is the fastest core) can reach 3.19 GHz. Last month, it was reported that the Galaxy S23 series is likely to include Qualcomm’s third-generation ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. It’s still unclear whether the lineup will feature the same 3D Sonic Max sensor that Qualcomm debuted earlier this year or a completely different fingerprint scanner.
Samsung’s S23 series was also rumored to feature a 12MP selfie camera. Meanwhile, another report mentioned that the tech giant will launch its Galaxy S23 series on February 1, 2023, in an unboxing event. Since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic at the beginning of 2020, this will be the first face-to-face event.
