Prince Harry and Meghan’s new Netflix series: ‘Nelson Mandela-inspired’ documentary debuts

A trailer has been released for a new Netflix series presented by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, with climate change activist Greta Thunberg and New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern among the figures talking about ‘inspiring life stories’ .

Live To Lead is a documentary show that Prince Harry says was inspired by the late Nelson Mandela, and the promotional clip features footage of the former South African president and anti-apartheid activist.

In addition to Thunberg and Ardern, other figures covered include American social justice activist Bryan Stevenson, former US Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, South African lawyer Albie Sachs and Capt. the South African rugby team Siya Kolisi, the first. black player to ever hold the position.

A tweet from the streamer featured the one-minute-39-second clip along with the words: “Their voices give us hope. Their actions shape our world. Their leadership inspires our future.”

The release of the trailer comes just days after the second batch of three episodes of the royal couple Harry & Meghan series aired on the streaming service.

The programs contained further damaging allegations against the royal family as the Sussexes also criticized their treatment at the hands of the press.

Harry and Meghan’s second volume went much further than the first, with Harry accusing William of yelling and screaming at him at a summit meeting about “Megxit” and saying he believes he and his wife lost their baby on 2020 due to coverage by the Post Office.

Other revelations included Harry saying a joint statement was made without his permission on behalf of himself and his brother, denying a story that William had “bullied” him outside the royal family.

He also accused William’s office of trading stories, something they “promised” they would never do when they were younger.

Buckingham Palace has not responded to the latest allegations or the claims a week earlier.

In the short trailer for Live To Lead, Harry says: “This was inspired by Nelson Mandela, who once said that what counts in life is not the simple fact that we have lived…”.

Meghan completes the quote by saying, “…it’s the difference we’ve made in the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we ​​lead.”

Referring to the new show, Netflix said on its website: “Leaders committed to making a difference in the world share their inspiring life stories in this series, produced by Prince Harry and Meghan.”
