After Hurricane Nicole made landfall in Florida earlier this week, NASA will hold a media conference call today, Friday, November 11 at 3:00 PM EST, on the status of its mega rocket and the his Artemis I spacecraft at the Kennedy Space Agencies launch pad. Center in Florida.
Jim Free, associate administrator for the Exploration Systems Development Mission Directorate at NASA Headquarters in Washington, will lead the discussion.
Artemis I is the first integrated flight test of NASA’s Space Launch System (SLS) rocket, an unmanned Orion spacecraft, and Kennedy ground systems that will pave the way for a manned test flight and a future human lunar exploration as part of Artemis.
