Missing woman found safe

Police are asking for help finding missing 24-year-old Tristen Phillip.

Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a Vernon woman who went missing after visiting Kamloops last weekend.
In a statement issued Monday, Kamloops RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Crystal Evelyn said 24-year-old Tristen Phillip was last seen at a business in the 300 block of Victoria Street Sunday morning around 12:45 a.m.
According to police, Phillip has had no known contact with friends or family since then.
“His family, friends and the Kamloops RCMP Detachment are concerned for his welfare and hope that Tristen, or anyone with information on where he may be, will contact the police as soon as possible,” he said evelyn
Phillip is described as a white female, 5-foot-7, 250 pounds, with long black hair and blue eyes.
She was carrying a black bag and was wearing black pants, a blue flower print blouse, black wedge shoes and maybe a denim jacket.
Anyone with information that could help find Phillip, including dash cam or video surveillance footage, is asked to contact the Kamloops RCMP detachment at 250-828-3000.
