Former Hells Angels crime boss Maurice Boucher, also known as “mother” Boucher, has died at the age of 69 in prison for natural causes.
According to Corrections Canada, Boucher, a notorious Hells Angels gang leader and one of the best-known criminals in Quebec history, died Sunday after a long battle with throat cancer.

He died while incarcerated in the palliative care ward of a correctional health facility affiliated with Archambault Prison in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, Que., Where he had been sentenced to life imprisonment for the past 20 years. years.

He became a member of the Hells Angels in the late 1980s.
