Good morning football fans
Juventus are close to completing the signing of Memphis Depay from Barcelona.
Juve have been in talks with Depay over a move as they seek to terminate his contract with Barcelona.
And talks between the two sides have recently escalated with Juve offering the winger a two-year, €6m-plus-a-year contract, according to Calciomercato.
Meanwhile, Watford star in Emmanuel Dennis’ ‘openly celebrated’ move to Nottingham Forest, according to reports.
The 24-year-old striker completed his £20m move to the Premier League new boys on Saturday.
But according to the Daily Mail, the Vicarage Road team were delighted to see him.
Elsewhere, West Ham are closing in on a double deal for Emerson from Chelsea and Thilo Kehrer from Paris Saint-Germain.
SunSport understands West Ham are confident of completing moves for left-back Emerson and centre-back Kehrer this week.
West Ham hope the pair could even be included in the squad to face Brighton on Sunday provided they are signed before Friday’s deadline.
The club are believed to have tabled a £13m bid for Italy international Emerson on Monday.
Germany defender Kehrer, 25, is in the final year of his contract in France and Ligue 1 giants PSG want a fee of around £16m. He has also been linked with Sevilla.
In other news, Newcastle United have reportedly made a bid for Watford ace Joao Pedro.
The Magpies have tabled a £20million bid for the forward, according to Football Insider.
But Watford have yet to accept the offer made for the striker who joined them three years ago.
Finally, Juventus would have agreed terms with PSG star Leandro Paredes.
That’s according to Fabrizio Romano, who claims Paredes is keen on a move to Turin.
However, the Bianconeri have yet to agree a price with PSG for the midfielder.
And Romano also revealed that Adrien Rabiot’s switch from Juve to Man United will play a key role in the deal.
