When asked by a follower on her TikTok account if they were still an item, the account bluntly replied, “No.”
However, Katie later posted: “My account got hacked! I want to confirm I’m still with my fiance Carl Woods! ❤️.”
The announcement came after The Sun revealed last month that she had told strangers she was single during a night out drinking.
The pair got engaged after a 10-month romance last year, making Carl her eighth fiance.
But the couple has been through a series of ups and downs since then.
A fan asked on TikTok on Thursday night, “Still with Karl x,” and Katie’s account replied, “Nope.”
The couple have kept fans guessing in recent weeks as they stepped out with Katie’s engagement ring after days without wearing it.
Carl had sparked rumors they were no longer an item earlier this month when he went to a celebrity event without her.
The 33-year-old made a rare appearance alone just days after insisting he was still with the mother-of-five.
She was then spotted enjoying herself at a Christina Aguilera concert at London’s O2 Arena without Carl.
He hit back at rumors they had split, saying on Instagram: “You wanna know the truth? I’m the best fucking king ever.”
Katie has recently resumed filming her hit Channel 4 show in the sprawling house she once insisted was cursed.
The mother-of-five could be seen sitting in a chair at her Mucky Mansion show venue as the stylist worked on her latest bleach look.
