Jake Paul has a simple message for doubters: Don’t.
Paul was criticized for facing Silva, who has only recently started boxing after a decorated career in MMA, and not someone with better boxing credentials.
“They’ll always find something to say … if I was walking on water, people would say I can’t swim,” he said.
“There’s always going to be haters. There’s always going to be critics. And that’s … part of everyday life. If you’re doing something and you’re successful, don’t worry about that shit.”
Now 6-0, Paul has his eyes on Nate Diaz or Canelo Alvarez next.
Diaz sparked a fight in Paul’s dressing room before the fight, where witnesses claimed punches and drinks were thrown before Diaz was kicked out of the room.
“This is just the beginning baby. I want Nate Diaz, who’s a bitch. He tried to get into my locker room. He tried to cause some shit.
“And then he always leaves the f—ing arena. So Nate Diaz, stop being a whore and fight me. And Canelo, you too. You guys said ‘oh, you can’t beat a legend like Anderson Silva,’ okay I Done right now.”
