Lamborghini has unveiled its highly anticipated Urus Performante SUV that promises to raise the bar on the already popular Lamborghini Urus in terms of sportiness and performance. Lamborghini President and CEO Stephan Winkelmann said the Lamborghini Urus Performante is not only suitable for the road, but for any environment.

The new Lamborghini Urus Performante is light and offers an aerodynamic design for sportier driving dynamics. The weight of the new SUV has been reduced by 47 kg. Lamborghini reports that new steel springs lower the Performante’s chassis by 20mm. The wheel track of the super SUV is wider by 16 millimeters.

The Lamborghini Urus Performante SUV has deep cuts on the hood lines to the new front bumper. The hood of the car is much more prominent and also features air vents that have been forged from lightweight carbon fiber. Front air intakes provide increased engine cooling.

The rear spoiler design of the Lamborghini Urus Performante comes with carbon fiber fins and is inspired by the Aventador SVJ. It also helps increase the SUV’s downforce by 38 percent. The lower rear bumper and diffuser are also made from carbon fiber, and a lightweight titanium Akrapovic sports exhaust comes as standard.

The lowered stance of the Lamborghini Urus Performante is accentuated by its prominent front end along with the rear wing and bumper which increase the overall length of the SUV by 25 mm.

The Lamborghini Urus Performante has wider carbon fiber wheel arches. You can opt for lightweight 22- or 23-inch wheels with titanium bolts specially developed for Pirelli tires.

The Lamborghini Urus Performante’s cabin features Nero Cosmus black Alcantara as standard with a new hexagonal seat stitching design. The dashboard offers a Urus-style center lever along with controls such as the start/stop button and drive mode selector. A new HMI graphic, with a dedicated design for the Urus Performante, appears both on the center console screen and in a large arc across the main screen.
