Former Home And Away star Sam Frost has made a surprise confession about her pregnancy as she enters her third trimester.
Frost, 33, is expecting her first child with an ex-fiance surviving contestant Jordie Hansen.
In a video posted to her Instagram story on Tuesday, the media personality admitted that she hasn’t exercised since becoming pregnant.
“Right team, I’m going to be very honest with you,” he began his Instagram video.
“I haven’t exercised my entire pregnancy.
“I’ve gone for walks and done aqua aerobics with the grannies in the pool, but I was talking to Liz from Empowered Motherhood.
“I’m basically just talking about how my pelvic floor has gone to shit and I’m lying all the time and I’m struggling with motivation.”

The first single promoted an exercise app she’s been using that was developed by Empowered Motherhood.
The actor said he has made it a goal to exercise for 30 minutes three times a week.
“I’ve been doing it for a couple of weeks now, but I’m going to really focus and share this journey with you, because I feel like there’s going to have to be some accountability, or I’m going to do nothing and just sit at home and be lazy,” she said.
As he spoke and called himself lazy, Hansen said, “It’s not lazy, you’re growing a baby.”
Frost has been documenting her pregnancy on social media since announcing the news in September.
The reality star admitted her pregnancy journey hasn’t been easy after suffering from morning sickness.
Last month, the actor revealed that he had a fall in his driveway. At the time, he explained it on his podcast Jordi and Sam’s rural trip he was recovering and “limping.”
“So last week I told everybody I fell down the driveway, I tore some ligaments in my foot, I broke my feet and I broke my leg,” he said.
Frost and Hansen got engaged in July after dating for just five months.
The couple is expecting a boy, due in February.
