June 13, 2022 – The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and St. Joseph’s Care Group announces that the outbreak at Hogarth Riverview Manor, 1st Floor, Spruce Grove Resident Home Area, Thunder Bay is over. Prior to the outbreak, there were already significant measures in place to reduce the likelihood of transmission of the virus within the facility. Extended precautions were implemented during the outbreak.
