The family, who had just moved into the sprawling $10 million property a year ago, had allegedly gotten into arguments with their neighbor over the boundary of a fence.

Young had arranged to meet at the door between the two properties on the morning of the shooting, police said.

The alleged gunman, who was known to police, had been a long-time resident of Bogie.
